We have been fortunate to construct a number of single-family homes as well as unique developments. Many are very green with solar power and in-floor radiant heating, such as the award-winning, net-zero energy zHome townhome community, Penny Lane townhomes in Redmond and Harrison Court as well as Sun Ridge in Issaquah Highlands. All of our homes come with quality Ichijo products such as piano finish cabinetry featuring organizers and pull-down shelving, dual sliding windows and modern interior doors with magnetic door stops and metal inlay.
Located in the award-winning Issaquah Highlands community, zHome is the country’s first production net-zero energy townhome project. Incorporating an uber-clean, contemporary design, these 10 homes will benefit from an extremely energy efficient building envelope, a 200 foot deep geothermal system to aid heating and cooling, in-floor radiant heat, full PV solar with energy monitoring system, FSC-certified woods, and a full complement of Energy Smart appliances. All these combine to prove that homes that use zero net energy and 70% less water, emit zero carbon emissions, have clean indoor air, and use only low toxicity materials can now be made available to all home buyers.
In collaboration with award-winning and green-oriented architect Coates Design Architects, Ichijo USA constructed a spectacular contemporary view home near the top of the exclusive Harrison neighborhood in the community of Issaquah Highlands.
